I spoke to my OBGYN because I started spotting on day 19. It is now day 27 and I am still spotting as well as having minor cramps that are alternating sides. The spotting did get a little heavier today compared to the previous. Should I seek medical attention or wait to see if it passes?Thank you

Hi, Sony. It is still possible that you may be pregnant. If you are having severe pain, you should see a doctor asap because this coul be a sign of an ectopic pegnancy.

Some people think that drinking coffee during pregnancy is very harmful. You can enjoy coffee in your pregnancy if you are addicted to it but you should not exceed from 200mg of caffeine in one day. In other words, you can drink one brewed coffee cup or 2 instant coffee cups in your pregnancy. Thing that you will need to consider is the amount of caffeine and you drink over 200mg of caffeine during your pregnancy, then there would be more chances of miscarriage or low weight of your baby.

Coffee isn't always bad for your fetus in moderation, but it does increase the severity of cramps. It causes muscle spasms - that's why coffee makes so many women have to defecate after drinking it. It's not just caffeinated coffee, it's something else in the bean that cause the spasms.

umm... DONT DRINK COFFEE! Geez. Ladies beware what you read while searching for quality information. I am 10DPO and feeling cramps all day, different than AF... milder but more consistent, like slight throbbing. In any case.. here's to hoping I'm not suffering from Thanksgiving indigestion :0/ **baby dust
